This EP was originally released under the band "Half Woke Cowboys", which consisted of me, Julian, and Eric.

We met in Seattle through craigslist and an open mic and spent a few joyous months practicing, recording, hanging out, and generally encouraging each other in our musical lives.

Then covid hit and we didn't see each other for over a year. We eventually got to have a few more delightful jams before my partner and I moved across the country.

I'm grateful we got to get to know each other and make this music together, and I'm grateful for the encouragement they gave me in letting more of my humor and philosophy into my songwriting.
